Insurance and Billing

Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. Travis J. Calhoun, D.D.S., P.A., does not participate in Health Management Organizations; however, we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. We accept checks, cash, or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our Financial Coordinator for details. We are happy to file insurance for your reimbursement as long as you are free to choose your own dentist.

Payment for Services

Insurance

Full payment for services is expected at the time of your visit unless prior arrangements have been made. We do not participate in any dental insurance plans, but we will file on a patient’s behalf.

Care Credit

Patients can apply through our office for Care Credit. If approved, you can finance your dental care over up to 12 months, interest-free.
