Dr. Travis Calhoun grew up in Asheville watching his father care for this community, and he knew early on he wanted to do the same. Today, with over 30 years of his own practice here, that commitment runs deep. When you choose our office, you choose a dentist who is not passing through. He is home.
We provide treatment to the whole person, with a thoughtful focus on how your teeth and gums relate to your total body health. Our goal is simple. We want you to feel confident your smile meets your goals for comfort, function, and appearance, all in a relaxed, friendly setting.

Are you accepting new patients?
Yes. We happily welcome new patients of all ages from Asheville and the surrounding communities. You can request an appointment online or call our office to get started.
Do you take my dental insurance?
We are an out-of-network, fee-for-service office, so we do not accept insurance as payment. We do file claims on your behalf, which means you can still receive any out-of-network benefits your plan provides.
Do you place dental implants?
Our office focuses on restoring dental implants with custom crowns and bridges. We do not place the implant post itself. We partner on the restoration that completes your smile once the implant is ready.
What are your office hours?
We are open Monday through Wednesday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and Thursday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm. Our office is closed Friday through Sunday.
How can I pay for my treatment?
We accept major cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. We also work with CareCredit, accept HSA and FSA accounts, and offer flexible in-house financing. Ask our front desk and we will help you find an option that fits.
